4 Pillars is new, but I’ve been taking classes from some of the instructors here for over 2 years. I love the variety of classes and think the instructors care about making each class a valuable experience. I always leave feeling like I was challenged and got a great work out! The owner, Amber, is friendly, encouraging, and while she’ll push you to work hard, she’s also understanding of limitations and the need to modify when needed.
